Returns Policy

If your IDO Isometer fails within one year of purchase due to defective materials or workmanship and has been maintained in accordance with the directions supplied, we will at our option either repair or replace the device without charge.

To qualify for this warranty the defective device must be returned to us, carriage paid with proof of your purchase and return delivery details.

As these devices are intended for use in a medical environment, in order to minimise the risk of pathogen spread, we will not accept their return, whether for refund or credit, in any other circumstances.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
